I would agree…

For example, myself. 3 years ago i was bartending with a biochemistry degree and needed a change. The potential was there but was unsure where to put the energy. I decided to move and started a career; within 3 years I have bought 3 houses and ocean front property. This is not luck, it was determination and drive to acheive it.

Problem is now I find myself in the same boat, i have accomplished the goals i set out to acheive, now stuck trying to figure out the next step.

Should be interesting what comes out of nothing….
